I am from Washington and haven’t receive my letter yet, but I can log in, and it says

Congratulations on your admission to USC! We are delighted that you have an interest in visiting our campus. Each Explore USC date has an attendance limit and reservations are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. You will not be able to select a session within 3 business days of its start date. To view a tentative schedule, please click here. The following sessions are still available:

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN??? AM I IN???OMGOMGOMG

Is that under your events tab? I don’t have it yet and I’m in Alaska

Sigh can’t log in :frowning:
But it’s ok USC, won’t hold it against you…

Congratulations to all those that can log in!

I click on “Explore USC” and that showed up. And I can reserve it and actually pay for it

Are only CA/West Coasters logging in? Anyone from the East Coast tried it yet?

I was able to from Virginia.

@1xx:
friend near boston, massachusetts can log in

I went to the URL. I was able to login. Message under the Explore USC says

Welcome “My Ds Name”,
Congratulations on your admission to USC! …

I do believe it is a good sign, but will wait for the envelope.

Those of you who cannot log-in, what does your application status say in USConnect?

Can’t log in and USConnect says status not available

It says status not available. I can’t believe I’m getting rejected!!! :frowning: This has been my dream school for so long. Ahhhh I don’t know what to think right now.

My application status says

"The University of Southern California is pleased to offer the ability of students to receive online messages regarding the status of their application. However, all decision notifications are made via postal mail.

The committee has acted on your application, and we have mailed notice of the decision. If for some reason you do not receive our written notice, we will be happy to provide the results of this over the phone beginning April 3rd."

Same as yours?

By the way I can’t log in either

Can’t log in and USConnect says status not available- just like 1xx4xy

But Grasskicker tried and failed, waited a day and could log in…so keep trying?

Am I the only one with "The University of Southern California is pleased to offer the ability of students to receive online messages regarding the status of their application. However, all decision notifications are made via postal mail.

The committee has acted on your application, and we have mailed notice of the decision. If for some reason you do not receive our written notice, we will be happy to provide the results of this over the phone beginning April 3rd." status? Does this seem good or bad?

Can’t log in. :frowning: wah.

SDTash23: it’s NOT under the Events tab on USC Connect. You have to go to the URL (posted in this thread by Chilidish in post #3); use the ID number that appears on USC Connect on the right top of your Application status page to log in.

Read the thread above and do exactly that to find out. It’s NOT USC CONNECT. My accepted son’s "Events’ Tab on USC Conncect is UNCHANGED today. He still does NOT have ‘Explore USC’ on his Events tab. He sees it only on the url posted by Childish. Son used the url just now to enroll for his April USC Explore day.

@1xxy4xy

I agree. Maybe we should just wait until tomorrow, or until we actually get our letters. That’s the best way to know.

PS
Accepted son’s application status on USC Connect also includes: Status not available. But it does NOT include the 2nd paragraph (The committee has acted on your application, and we have mailed notice of the decision. If for some reason you do not receive our written notice, we will be happy to provide the results of this over the phone beginning April 3rd.")

It kind of seems to me that everyone’s usconnect has a different status. Maybe they just haven’t updated everyone’s applications or something. I don’t know… trying not to feel entirely rejected yet.
