<p>I GOOOGLED CC for this but I found some pdfs that din't give me the answer I wanted.
Where can I find the total # of new admits (freshman) in the bioengineering and biotech departments. And the total # of international students attending UG in UCSD. </p>

<p>Yea, and total available spaces in Bioengineering department…and total # of students (891 i think?) in BENG dept.</p>
<p>I doubt that information is even released.</p>
<p>BENG dept actually holds a lecture/intro/welcome session for all beng students each year, where they will introduce themselves, talk about admission and how many ppl admitted, how to switch majors, ABET, give you papers with that info and how they really expect only 40 ppl to graduate with each bioe major from the hundreds admitted as frosh lol</p>
