<p>I lived in the US the past two years (used to live in Canada, so I have Canadian permanent residenship), but I don't have a permanent residenship status or citizenship in the US. Will I be considered an international for admissions purposes in colleges like Stanford, Princeton, Harvard, UC Berkleley, MIT?</p>
<p>Oh, and I was born in Russia so I have Russian citizenship.</p>
