Hello, Question ?
On my UF application status page, the same message has appeared for the past three weeks-
The Office of Admissions has received your application for 2012 Summer B and is processing it. Please return to the admissions website in four-to-five weeks to check the status of your application.

Does this message ever get updated ? Does the status page reflect your UF weighed GPA and post the super-scored SAT results, to ensure that UF has the correct information ?
THANKS AGAIN

The message will change. You can look up receipt of SAT or ACT scores and the scores will be posted usually within 10 days of receipt by the UF Admission Office.

Unless things have changed in the last two years, the status will never indicate the UF calculated GPA. In my daughter’s case, they had miscalculated it on the low side. So it definitely helps to ask them what they calculated, and if different from your independent calculation let them know and they will recalculate if you are correct. It may not make a big difference for some, but in my D’s case it made the difference between rounding to 4.0 and not. In UF’s admission process, the 4.0 is a huge factor as approximately 85% with 4.0 and above generally get admitted.

Also, they do round .5 up as they round to the nearest tenth. So 3.95 is 4.0.

^^^
Thanks for the information as my weighed GPA is exactly 3.89 and although
already accepted @ UCF, they rounded it down to a 3.8. I guess that my 2140
helped also. Who do I ask to verify my info since the 3.9 is much better than a 3.8 and the 2140 is super-scored over four sittings ? Thanks
