Admission to A&M/Blinn TEAM

Hi!
I am just wondering if I get accepted to Texas A&M, could I make the decision to do Blinn TEAM instead? I am an out-of-state student and the cost of Blinn TEAM would save my family a lot of money and there would be less student loans to pay after I finish college. I would still be admitted to A&M through the transfer process and get all of the perks as a full-time A&M student.
Thanks!

No. You cannot request Blinn TEAM. It is a decision made by admissions and is offered to students. However, if you are awarded even a small scholarship by A&M ($1000 annual minimum, I think), one of the perks is you are also guaranteed in-state tuition.

I asked this question to Mr. Buchanan, he said that some years for engineering students that dont get accepted into the College of Engineering, but are given the option of normal admission, they can sometimes opt to go to the Blinn engineering program.
