Hello everyone
Im a French citizen who recently applied to Mcgill university for fall 2015 and I was wondering If i have a shot at getting accepted.I applied for BE in Bioresource engineering and Mechanical engineering (2nd choice).
These are my grades during high school:
-Grade 10:
Math: 12,13/20
Physics: 17.8/20
Chemistry: 15.85/20
Biology: 13.1/20
General : 13.01/20
-Grade 11:
Math: 10.91/20
Physics: 14.96/20
Chem: 12.5/20
Biology: 15/20
General 12.82/20
-Grade 12 :
Math: 9/20
Physics: 12.3/20
Chem: 11/20
Biology:14.3/20
Plus I hold the French Baccalaureate and received the following grades:
Math 14/20
Physics-Chem 14/20
Biology 15/20
General 13.5/20
I would like to note that the reason why my grades were lower in grade 11 and 12 is because of my parents divorce last year. I was stressed and suffered from depression and could not study properly and this had an impact on my grades, so I was wondering whether I should inform the university about my situation so they can understand why my grades got lower or is it irrelevant to my admission to the university ?
So what do you guys do I have a chance or not ?
Thank You.
