<p>I am an out of state student from NY and was wondering how Bama will inform me of their admission decision? I have checked myBama website but it doesn’t really help.</p>

Several weeks after our son submitted his application a very nice certificate of admission came in the mail. Several days after that a letter of admission, I believe, came from admissions. Several posters on this thread have indicated that when a decision was made a “student” tab had appeared on their myBama. They are very efficient at Bama and our experience so far has been excellent. Also, the people on this forum have tons of information and are incredibly helpful. Good luck! Hope you hear good news soon!</p>

<p>I see the student tab in my myBama but have not received any mail or email contact. Should I expect an email? Or do they only send their decision through regular mail?</p>

<p>You will get your formal acceptance by snail mail. I don’t think Bama sends emails.</p>
