No one can predict anyway, but you may find the results threads illuminating to get a sense of how really competitive and talented is the pool of applicants Columbia attracts, both those admitted and rejected.</p>

<p>Columbia looks for demonstrated excellence and real potential. Work to your highest level of ability and achieve excellence in your high school career. And by excellence, I mean that your high school should view you as one of its top students. At that point you will be competitive, but won’t necessarily be admitted, given the exceptionally low admission rate (under 7%).</p>
