<p>What would you say his chances are hypothetically if he had the same exact stats except for the fact he was applying out of state?</p>
<p>If he was OOS, he would have an okay chance. The rank is a little low. The standard rank for OSS is the top 5%. Also the writing score is low, but I don't think they are looking into that very closely (not sure though). Other than that, he's fine.</p>
