Has anyone heard if they are posting denials?

Yes. The next wave will have both acceptances and rejections.

Thank you!!

Does it mean anything to still be waiting? That is, are you more of a borderline acceptance/rejection applicant if you have not heard by now? I’m checking for my son and he’s getting a little nervous. (2070 SAT, 770 Ver, 630 M, 670 CR - 92.9 HSR [so damn close!!!] all the AP classes possible at HS, 12 hrs of dual college credit courses. Only AP test taken is English with a 5. Decent EC).

@Deryni I don’t think it necessarily means that. What school did he apply to within UT? That might have something to do with it. I heard this past October at a tour that some schools only admit at a certain time. For example, a geosciences rep told me that we should only expect to hear back from the Jackson School “late March or early April”. I’m not sure about being admitted UT Austin itself, but the school will only accept/reject around that time apparently.

No, about 50% of kids still Havnt heard back, so you are fine.

Thus website shows stats if people already rejected.

@kaileegordon He applied to Liberal Arts (major choice: 1-Economics 2-Psychology)

@Deryni I don’t know much about Liberal Arts but I’d assume that a majority haven’t heard back yet

Looks like we won’t have to wait too much longer!
