I will be a senior in fall 2013. My top choice school is Georgetown, and I am wondering if someone who has some knowledge of admissions could assess my chances. Here are some of my statistics:

GPA - 3.96
Class Rank - 1,2, or 3 (not definitive yet)
Class Size - 500+
SAT's - I took them on June 1 and don't know the results, but these are from March:
CR - 650 (compared to Georgetown's middle 50% of 690-790)
M - 650 (compared to Georgetown's middle 50% of 670-770)
W - 800 (Unfortunately, they do not take this)
My SAT IIs were all in the 600's, but I plan to prepare more for them this summer and take them again in the fall
Extracurricular Activities:
Cross Country, Indoor Track, Outdoor Track (3 years, 4 in the fall)
Editor in Chief of School Newspaper (1 year, 2 in the fall)
Stage Crew for School Plays (2 years)
Student Council (2 years, 3 in the fall)
Weekly volunteer work (4 years, 5 at the time of the application)
Intern at my congressional representative's district office
Science Club
Spanish Honor Society
Not sure yet if I have gotten into National Honor Society.
Peer tutoring independently

I understand that my SAT scores are relatively low. Ideally, they will improve in the future. However, given the assumption that they remain the same, what are my chances?

Much appreciated.
