<p>Applying in Fall 08 for admission in Fall 09</p>
<p>When you apply, how do they evaluate your academic portfolio? Is it only on the classes you took prior to applying? Would the fall/winter courses in fall 08/09 help at all in their admission evaluation?</p>
<p>they’ll acknowledge the classes you’ll be taking in the winter and spring after you turn in your app in november but they will not count toward your gpa. these classes can include prereqs and breadth/igetc.</p>

<p>You have to update your application with your Fall grades and winter grades if you have them. They make the decision only AFTER you update your application. </p>
<p>When you apply in Fall 2008, sometime in Feb 2009 you will have to update your application with your Fall/Winter grades, then they decide. </p>
<p>Spring grades do not count, but they do look that you complete what you said you would complete with usually atleast a 3.0 gpa</p>
<p>really? what if the person gets a 4.0 in their spring semester, wouldn’t that be beneficial in their gpa process?</p>

<p>Do you need 60 units at the time of admission or can you tell them your spring fall schedule that will accumulate up to 60 units?</p>
