Admissions Chances?

Sorry to make another of these...
Okay, I've posted in the regular chances board, but I'm going to post here too. I am applying to some major reaches, but I've pretty much set my (realistic) hopes on going to Berkeley, so what are my chances?

SAT II: 700 Literature 630 Math II (I'm taking more in Oct., hoping to break 700 on French and/or Math II)

ACT:
28 Composite...I don't remember the breakdowns (Do I have to send this?)

AP:

Other: two-time winner of local speech competition, local honor choir, regional (West Coast) honor choir, Outstanding Defense Attorney at Mock Trial County, 4 years CSF, 4 years "A" Honor Roll

And...for the truly thorough, my sophomore, junior and senior year classes and grades.

Senior Year (in progress, so no grades yet):

IB English 12
AP Calculus
Chamber Singers
IB History of the Americas 2
IB Psychology 2

I've got ELC as well.
Intended Major: Undecided...thinking about International Relations or Linguistics

You're right in the mix of things. Not a lock, but not a reach either.

You know we don't actually have an International Relations Department at Berkeley.

Then I'd probably do political science or some specific cultural study. As I mentioned before, I'm not set on any particular major, so that's not a big issue for me at the moment.

As you know, a higher SAT score will improve your chances. Also, as you probably know, ELC guarantees admission to the UC system, not your first choice. Your stats seem solid. You should polish your essays, and get some feedback before you submit them.

In addition, you should be aware that Berkeley accepts some students for the Spring semester, which means in the fall you attend the extension campus.
