<p>It doesn’t seem to work. I put in my name and email address, I get a dialog, click OK, and then I’m redirected to the page where I fill out my name and email! Even if I wait nothing happens. Any help is appreciated.</p>

<p>Just a guess, but since your original post was around 11:30 you may have met with limited staffing during the traditional lunch hours. Perhaps if you try after 1 Tuscaloosa time you’ll have better luck.</p>

<p>Yeah, it’s around 3 in Alabama and no one there…I get “All UA Members are busy at the moment. Please try later.”…I wonder if they’ll think I’m some sort of creep, with me submitting my name every time I refresh 
I’ve already sent an email to a counselor anyways, so I’ll wait for that…</p>
<p>I’ve had a lot of luck just calling them. They were all very helpful and if you call the 1-800-933-BAMA number they will connect you with a counselor that is available. They all seem to be able to help even if you are not in an area they cover.</p>
<p>I’ve used the chat many times, but not during this time of the summer. It’s isn’t 24/7…it’s usually during regular office hours (Central time).</p>
