Admissions checking your Previous college

Hey well here is the story. Right out of highschool i went to a community college for 1 month of a semester, i didnt withdraw from the classes resulting in 2 f's. I then went on to a private art school and eventually i also left that. Now i am in another community college in town but this time i am doing perfect. Nothing but a's and b's and about to transfer soon. The thing is when i apply should i report those past colleges? Will they know if i don't submit a transcript?

The answer is is "yes, you should report ALL colleges attended". They can catch you, very easily. There is a company called the National Student Clearinghouse http://www.nslc.org/ set up to provide exactly this information; they claim to have data on 91% of the US college student body. It's routine at most colleges to check for various reasons; to see if you're still eligible for financial aid, to catch students who "forget" to list a college, etc.
