Admissions Daniel : Advice Please!!

<p>Hi, I am an international. I am interested in Chemical engineering. My GPA so far is 3.2. My 11th grade GPA was 3.78. Now, as a senior, I am getting A's in all subjects including AP Chem and AP Cal.My SAT IS 1800. ACT:27. I will be doing them again this Oct and Nov. I am a hard working student. </p>

<p>I know that I am not like the other CC's, but I am sure that I will do very well in college. Can I apply ED? I also read that the Nov sat subjects score will reach by the time you start reviewing. In OCT, I will write SAT reasoning. Please advice me if there will be a chance for admissions. I do not need financial aid.</p>
