I have a problem. I was just finishing up an app today to a school whose deadline is December 31st, when I noticed in the beginning of their application a small caveat. It said, “Please send application payment and notification two weeks before official deadline.” I had not noticed this before. Am I screwed and unable to apply to this college because of this, or should I send my application anyway?
(Yes, I know the application is quite belated for normal app-sending. Don’t berate me!)

actually, i haven't even finished my essays for the 1-15 deadlines for 3 schools, i'm really behind, however, i did an early appl on nov. 1th, i didn't know the college doesnt' accept online payment, so i paid through mailing the check about 3 weeks after the deadline, and they still considered me as early applicant. i know this may not answer your question, but i think you should call the admisison office. good luck tho

Send it anyway. They will probably accept it. If they don't they will return your application fee.

am i gonna be automatically rejected if I can't send the secondary school report on time?

don't ever say that you didn't send dthe secondary school report on time, say that your school didn't. coz like in my school, we have to request the transcript 1 month ahead, and sometimes, who knows when they sent those out.

Ooh, if they don't accept your application, they return the application fee? If that's so, I'll just send it in and see what happens. Does anyone know if that's true?

destinypath, may I know what school you are applying to?
