<p>What is this? Why does it do this? Am I the only one? Is this a good or bad sign? </p>
<p>it means nothing…you will have to wait for them to upload decision to your portal</p>
<p>When the EA was announced, my D got a message from them 3 days ago to remind the notice date. Then the link was ready by the promise time. Not sure why it will take longer for RD, perhaps they have more admitted students for RD. The admission decision is buried in the application summary table. So just look it up carefully. </p>
