Admissions Decisions 2016

<p>There is no change to my ecampus yet. Santa Clara is a safety for me and so far the only school I have gotten into is Case Western. I guess my admissions councilor was correct in saying that they would send out the letters at the end of the day yesterday friday. How long you think the letter will take to get from San Francisco to Boston? Remember no mail on sundays -_-</p>

<p>^yea I am wondering the same thing. I live in Connecticut. My guess is early to mid-week next week. I really really want to get in, I love SCU.</p>

<p>My sister goes to Santa Clara and I have aunts and uncles that attended as well.</p>

<p>SCU is my top choice and I have always wanted to there so I’m really bummed that I was deferred :(</p>

I go to philips exter academy and on naviance it says that out of the 7 kids that have gotten into Santa Clara the average GPA was a 2.9 :O</p>

<p>I live in central california, like 3 hrs away</p>

<p>Just got my acceptance letter in the mail. Came in a large 8.5x11" folder with an acceptance brochure.</p>

<p>I live in San Jose, CA, about 15 minutes away from SCU.</p>

<p>I have a 4.42 GPA, 1940 on SAT, 29 on ACT. 680 on both US History & Math Lvl II SAT Subject tests. 4’s on last year’s AP Biology & AP US History tests; currently enrolled in AP Literature, AP Calculus, & AP Government.</p>

<p>I’ve done Symphonic Band & Field Marching band for all four years. I’ve done Jazz Ensemble for two years. I’ve been involved with Astronomy club for two years. I’m currently volunteering at the NASA Ames. I’ve done an undocumented number of hours of community service through computer repair for my family, friends, & neighbors all four years. I’m currently enrolled in my school’s National Honors Society. </p>

<p>I wish luck to each and every one of you. I’ve had several people tell me in the last couple of hours as I waited for the mail to arrive that “it is what it is” and worrying won’t change your results.</p>

<p>I also started a small clothing brand my junior year, and I wrote my essay on that, so I want to say that small bit of entrepreneurship helped :)</p>
