I haven’t been accepted but it seems my SFA status has. Can someone explain?

Yes, my S received his letter not long after he was accepted.
Yes, my DS received a welcome letter from engineering.
My son received a welcome booklet from the department of Computer Science Engineering today.

I’ve only received the acceptance letter with brochure so I wrote to them but ended up getting this response “The request you made for a welcome letter from the school of enrollment would be best met by the acceptance letter. If you need a different document specifically from the College of Engineering, they can be reached at https://advising.engineering.osu.edu/contact-us .”

No we have not paid the acceptance fee.
No, we have not paid either. His letter also came from the College of Engineering congratulating him on his acceptance. He applied to Electrical & Computer Engineering. It is possible that each department handles it differently.
Yes, we did pay the acceptance fee back in January. OSU is his first choice so we wanted to make sure we had the fee paid.
