Final wave of EA - any idea of anticipated date?

@asberna I don’t see a date on the OSU website, only that EA candidates will hear by mid Jan. I guess if they don’t release on the creepy Friday the 13th, then it’s the 20th. I am betting on the 20th.

Does anyone know when Regular Decision applicants will begin to hear back?
@ciancija OSU’s undergraduate website says, “If you met Ohio State’s November 1 early action deadline, you will receive an admission decision by mid-January; otherwise, you will receive an admission decision by end of March.”
@smk2017 I read that, but I didn’t know when the regular applicants would start to hear back. Decisions are rolling/come out in waves similar to EA, I believe
@ciancija all of EA has not been notified yet so you will definitely not hear until every applicant from there has a decision. I’d say by middle of February it will start rolling out.

I do not think that any decisions will be released today. From what I’ve heard decisions will be released January 20th or 27th
Anyone know when the Honors program will get back to us? Ohio state is my top choice if I get into Honors… just anxiously waiting to hear about it.
@nasteeR it seems like from what I’ve heard that you have very high chances of getting in. Have you heard back from them yet? I’m still waiting and I reallllyyy wanna know

Major: Astrophysics and Astronomy
Many honors classes, 1 AP, 4 College credit plus classes (Including Calculus 1 and 2)
Some extracurriculars such as french club, science club, interact club, had a job all years of high school
Anyone know the chances of still getting in after being Deferred? Applied EA.
I would say pretty high, I think it would’ve been better that you had taken more APs but I still believe you should get in…
