Received an acceptance letter in Central Ohio today!
@Snax03 yeah that honestly makes absolutely no sense to me… I would’ve guessed you would get it latest Wednesday judging by the time I got mine but this is just too strange. Definitely call tomorrow morning so you can at least know!
10 people from my school got their decisions Monday (all waitlisted/denied). Still haven’t heard. Hopefully that is a good thing; trying not to get my hopes up too much though.
Anyone from the NYC area hear back? Long Island? Rockland? Westchester?
We are in Atlanta and nothing again today. My S has been going to post office everyday in hopes of finding letter. . We know of one letter that arrived in Atlanta Monday. Guess he will call admissions tomorrow. The US Postal service has frustrated us once again. Good luck to all!
Accepted on Long Island! I didn’t get a letter in the mail today but I called the admissions office and explained to them that I would be out of the country on vacation tomorrow and requested to know my admissions decision. The person who answered told me she would have to send a request to the admissions committee, but they were very prompt in calling me back and I’m so happy! So glad the frustration and anxiety of hearing back from ND is done and over with.
Do you guys think I should call admissions tomorrow morning to get my decision even though my mail doesn’t come until around 4 p.m.?
@waterpolo14 That’s what I’m going to do I think! I won’t be home and I don’t want to wait til then haha. Hoping the no mail yet because the big packets take longer is true haha

@aggiemom3 nope, the first word I heard from Notre Dame after I submitted my application was the acceptance package in the mail
@Homeless2Harvard my son received an email on 2/22 from Notre Dame stating to following “we have received your application and are convinced that you are likely to be admitted to Notre Dane and we would like to invite you to participate in Notre Dame’s spring visit weekend”.We live in SoCal and are yet to received letter from Notre Dame. This is so frustrating.
@aggiemom3 not sure if this is some strange coincidence or something but I literally got an invitation to spring visit nine minutes ago by email!!! I am definitely going!
@Homeless2Harvard my son received that email saying its an all expenses pay trip for him to visit Notre Dame. No acceptance letter yet so not sure what to make of that email?
@Aggiemom05, that sounds like he received a “Likely Letter” and he is in for sure. Congratulations to him!
Nothing in the mail yet in our northern suburb of Atlanta, but my D got accepted to Duke tonight!
Where does it say that we can call for our decision starting tomorrow if we don’t get anything in the mail?
I haven’t gotten a letter yet, but I got the Spring Visit Weekend email, and it says you got in on it.
OMG!!! D had an email (7 pm) asking for financial aid tax return info (apparent IDOC delay) and under her name was an ID number. Tried it out under admin website and it was to confirm enrollment!!! We are going CRAZY right now but she’s insisting she won’t believe it until her FAT letter arrives. 
Hang in there everyone!!! These are crazy times!!!
