@danielz233 Yep, my daughter was accepted on a Friday night and received email at 11:30pm on the following Sunday night. Big envelope in the mail week or so later.

They will send an email but some of my friends didn’t get theirs until a few weeks after their portal updated

I am in the IBDP and have a lot of CS related activities as well.

Note: I didn’t think I’d get into Columbus campus at all, i was sure I’d be deferred to Marion or something Bc of my GPA and other scores… but I’m so happy that I got in!!! I hope others in this situation could see that a lower GPA won’t define you, show passion through any means you can and it’ll help so much!! Other: Competitive high school - I took seven college courses, six honors classes. I did have to retake a math class due to getting behind because of medical issues (same with dropping physics). I made sure my guidance counselor mentioned that in her LoR. I was sure this was going to keep my out of OSU. I did a LOT OF LEADERSHIP and starting my own initiatives!!! OSU does do holistic admissions, everyone!

@equationlover I’m so happy for you!!! I’ve seen your posts on here and knew you were worried! My son is also a computer science and engineering major - so you will probably meet him! We are also in Ohio! He was accepted in the December wave! He got in honors as well. Keep us posted on that - if you applied for that! It’s tough these days to get in to these good schools! Congrats!!!

Is anyone else still waiting? As of 925pm it still says “evaluation” we are arts and sciences and in state. I feel like we are the only ones still waiting. Please check in and let us know if there are others out there :confused:

i’m still waiting for health rehabilitation sciences and out of state. not fun!!!
