General Comments: Applied to School of Nursing - hoping to get Freshman Nursing Guarantee. As of 11/4. per admissions officer, - no nursing school guarantees have been offered. Fingers crossed…

D accepted. 30 ACT, 4.33 GPA, cellist at an Art HS, 2nd degree black belt, 6 year disabled Little League volunteer, NHS, part time job, neuroscience major, OOS (CA)

Go4 fan. My daughter also offered freshman guarantee after receiving prior CLA admission. Just wished they had included a note in original letter like " decisions are still being made on freshman guarantee " or something like that. And our were close together. But DD had originally thought it meant she didn’t get FG.

Jara123 - I know! My DD was thinking the same thing. It sounds as if the two letters were supposed to be sent together and the two departments couldn’t get it coordinated. This is their last year of non-direct entry to nursing - which is a huge step (imho) for the U’s nursing program.

Congrats!! Is your D awaiting other hopeful admissions?
