I am a student at a school in the United States and take normal honors classes, AP classes, and IB classes that will (fingers crossed) lead to the full IB diploma. I was looking at the U Toronto admissions website and it offered different requirements for US students and IB students. Will I have to choose one when I apply? Im confused about how those will combine, what requirements ill need to meet, and what tests/courses I’ll need to take to meet them. For reference I plan on majoring in theoretical physics/ mathematics in preparation for further study in quantum physics and will not be applying to the engineering school (unless that covers theoretical physics? Confused about that too)
@Going4IB No, you don’t have to choose one when you apply. Follow the admissions requirements under the US high school section. Make sure you have SL or preferably HL math, physics and of course, English. Your English and math grades will be the most important in U of T’s admissions decision.
