admissions help based on scores

These are my current scores but I am retaking both the ACT & SAT one last time in Sept and Oct. I think I have a better shot of getting my ACT up to 30+ since I have taken the SAT twice and have stayed flat. But worse case scenario, what are the top schools I would have a chance to get into. I have all AP and honors classes and a 3.6 GPA. My high school does not weight. ECs are mostly varsity sports, piano, and work experience. Don't have a lot of volunteer work though. Camp Counselor and maybe 50 odd hours here and there.
SAT M640 CR600 W600
ACT 27 - E31,M26,R26,S25,W29 - M R & S scores low was because of timing and guessing on half the questions. I will prep more next time.

Thanks for your advice...

Rising Senior…Please offer advice on my college admission chances based on ecs and scores above. Definitely plan on raising scores in Fall but just in case I fail, I want to be prepared if my options are somewhat limited for the more competitive schools…

Am I doomed?
