Admissions help

Hi all,
As you probably know for transfer students, as myself, it's time to apply to transfer to 4 year colleges. I just wanted to see if anybody could help me because I'm in a dilemma.

When first coming to college I only came because my parents made me and never took any class seriously but then my family went into a economic downfall and I realized how important school was and ever since my grades have been outstanding

The application is due on November 30th. I was planning to apply to UC Davis and UC Santa Cruz but currently I only have a 2.49 after this semester I should have a 2.6 and possibly be up for academic renewal (would put my gpa in the 3.1 region). The only problem is I won't receive academic renewal till after this semester is over in the assumption I complete all my current units with good grades.

Does anybody have any advice on how to apply with this situation?

Also a second question does USF honor academic renewal?

Look at this link for UC Davis:

[UC Davis: Transfer Selection Process](Transfer Application Tips)

Good Luck.

You get to update your application sometime in January. This is mainly used to input the grades you got in the preceding Fall semester. Not sure what academic renewal is but you might be able to update the application to reflect your new GPA during that upcoming update period.
