Can anyone give me any advice for an interview I have next week? I don't really know much, so any help is appreciated. Thank you!!

Don’t bribe with money or chocolate. I made this mistake :P

just be real man

Dress buisness casual, bring your resume as you will be asked to fill out a green form asking for test score, GPA, class rank etc.
Don’t birng up your stats unless the admissions officer ask you about them. Talk about you and what you love to do or have done that gets your juices flowing. They want to know you as a person not an application.
Practice being interviewed, ask your parents or teachers to help you.
Whatever you do , just be you.

Our son brought a copy of his college resume and that helped him to fill out the admissions form without leaving any blanks. Although they told him the form was not a big deal, he said the admissions officer made numerous notes on his form.

Our son is attending CMU this Fall

Good Luck to you.

Bring in a sheet with your ACT, SAT and SAT subject test scores as they do have you fill in a green sheet and ask you to write scores. The sheet also asks for your GPA, class rank etc. The admissions officer tells you it’s not a big deal but our son brought a copy of his college resume and had all the info he needed at his finger tips, and was able to fill out the form without any problems.
When he was done with his interview he noticed that the admissions officer had written quite a few notes on a piece of paper that was not supposed to count for much.
Don’t mention any of the information on the green sheet unless you’re asked about. What they want to know is stuff that is not on the sheet.
Dress as though going for a job interview, business casual might be ok
Practice being interviewed by your family or teachers.
If you think you belong at CMU than act the part, they’ll feel your confidence
Good Luck

Our son starts this fall and he is super excited.
