Here to answer questions about getting into Princeton and, for those admitted, what Princeton is like. Because COVID cancelled campus visits.

What does Princeton want to see in an applicant? What would stand out? I know this is a very general question, but any tip you can give?

My DS is currently a freshmen at a TT private in NYC, getting A- grades. We are not legacy or big donors. He doesn’t have any “amazing” ECs (he only swims, but not at the recruited level). Does he even have a chance? We’re URM - does that help?
