My son received his admissions letter today.

I have to say that is the nicest admissions letter I have seen - by far. You can tell it was written pretty much from scratch for each applicant based on the components of their application.

Congrats to your son. My son's acceptance letter was similarly personal.

We're visiting Kzoo this Friday and Saturday. Right now I'd say he's leaning to K College, but I haven't seen it yet and this will be his chance to see it while school's in session; he visited it with Mom last summer. I'm looking forward to it.

Those thoughtful, well-written admissions letters that reference a particular EC, a passage from the essay, etc. should be viewed by prospective students as a reliable indicator of life at K College. My freshman S. has found his actual campus experience to be very personal as well. He has encountered genuinely caring and helpful staff members in all departments throughout the college.
