Admissions not returning my email?

Hey all,

I'm a MSB hopeful (deferred EA) and I'm trying to send my admissions counselor supplemental material, like an essay and updates on new awards and achievements.

I emailed admissions two days ago asking for my adcom's email address and I still don't have a response.

Am I doing something wrong here? Should I just call? Problem there is I don't get home from school until 6:00 due to musical rehearsal.

Advice would be appreciated! So would actually finding out who the WNY admissions counselor is haha.

Did you have an interviewer? Maybe you could email them to ask

Yea, I did.

If I don’t hear back from them tomorrow I’ll email him.

Thanks for the response!

I emailed admissions a month ago with an inquiry and i still havent heard from them…
go ahead with your call.

Admissions is swamped right now. With regular applications coming in, and with EA information coming back. Also, keep in mind that the campus didn’t reopen until the 13th Anyhow. I would try making a phone call, instead of relying on e-mail.

Call the admissions office and get the actual counselor’s email address. If that still doesn’t work then call back and ask what to do with supplemental material.

I suggest to do it in that order because I’ve found that finding a way to personally get in touch with your adcom is a good way to get some good will towards your file.

In addition, traditionally supplementary material is mailed. You might be better off just sending it.

They returned the email giving me the email address of my counselor, so it’s all good.

I emailed her a letter of intent kind of, and some additional information.
