Wesleyan releases their decision on March 24.
how do you know? @BarryA
Anyone know about Brandeis’, Haverford’s and Oberlin’s RD notification dates?
Does anyone have any information about the following schools admit decisions dates that I haven’t seen listed here. Thank you!
Pepperdine
Santa Clara university
Stanford
Anyone have any guess as to when decisions will come out for Bowdoin College?
To all the people that are looking for dates, I would suggest that you go and take a look at what those schools have done in the past couple of years. You will be able to find that information in the threads for each of the respective schools. The schools really don’t change much at all from year to year in when they release. if they schools aren’t listed or someone hasn’t posted, then most likely the school has not yet announced their dates. Often the first true indication of the date will come in an email to the student letting them know when the information will be posted.
The reason they don’t announce a certain date right away is that they want to make sure that they can meet that date if something unforeseen happens like they get an abnormal high number of applications, but they are pretty consistent in their release dates.
I know that this is an anxious time and we all want as much information as we can get (look at my nom de plume), and it can be painful waiting. I wish everyone the best of luck and may you find a school that you love and that loves you.
@PhysicsBoyMom I’m waiting on Oberlin as well. Last year, Haverford mailed announcements on 3/22. I’m not sure when they posted it on their portal. Oberlin announced on 3/24, and Brandeis announced on 3/23.
@Maverick3765 Last year Santa Clara announced on 3/14, Pepperdine announced on 3/17 and Stanford announced on 3/31. I wouldn’t bet on those dates exactly this year, but I suspect that Pepperdine and Santa Clara will be letting you know the date they will release very soon. You can almost guarantee that Stanford will be 3/31/ or 4/1 as they like to mirror what the Ivies do.
@sciencenerd123 Bowdin released on 3/17 last year. No promises, but I would suspect they will be announcing their date soon. Not their actual notifications, just when they are doing it.
@afisher623 I emailed them and they told me
Holy Cross (Massachusetts) is March 17
Many thanks, @Anxiousdad53!
Boston College sent out an email that their date has been moved from 3/20 to 3/22.
Conn College is March 24
In an email from the school…to all applicants I assume. 3:00 the 16th
For the person asking about Pepperdine, every year they have sent out their acceptance emails on the third Friday of March for the past 10+ years. So that would be the 16th of March this year. They also usually send it out between 11 am-5pm west coast time. Good luck @maverick3775
Duke usually follows the IVIES and will likely be March 28
My son’s year (2015) USC released on 3/23
harvard announced March 28 and most other schools follow suit
How do you know NU is March 20? source?
