<p>I've been trying to contact the Admissions Office through e-mails to seek deadline extension due to personal problems but they dont seem to reply to any of my mails. I have sent two mails in the past week. No reply yet. Any ideas?</p>

<p>They might just have a backlogged email queue while they're busy dealing with applications. If that's the case, they'll probably respond soonish. Since extension requests at this time are rather urgent business, though, I'd try calling them as Andrea suggested.</p>
<p>There was a huge storm in Walla Walla 10 days ago. High winds that knocked the power out for a day or longer. It affected the server and incoming emails during the period of time at Whitman so your original emails may be lost. If it's possible to call, you should.</p>
