I got accepted on OASIS a week ago, and got the Presidential Scholarship a few days following. Still no admission packet - how long does it typically take?

Some schools send them weeks later in this electronic age.
How about now? It’s been three weeks, and mail from Florida never takes this long! Even my packet from the University of Minnesota arrived within the week…
No, I still haven’t received it.
Same with my son, accepted on Oasis, then a week later scholarship info appeared, but still nothing in the mail
