Admissions Question. Very Stressed - Please?

Purdue University Admissions?
I applied to Purdue University - West Lafayette on August 22, 2011. When Purdue released their first wave of admissions decisions on December 9, 2011, my decision read: Pending/Additional Information. I was asked to send in my 7th Semester Transcripts, and I did. I also sent in 3 letters of recommendation.
I am:
member of National Honors Society
class rank: 40/257 *unweighted grades
president of BPA (Business Professionals of America) (also state finalist in Prepared Speech there)
co-editor of our school's nationally-ranked yearbook
a peer mentor (freshman tutor)
3.5 GPA (unweighted, honors student. 3 on AP Chemistry exam, currently in AP Calculus)
I have taken every single one of my schools AP or ACP classes
1830 SAT score
*semi-fluent in Spanish
single-handedly directed a race for charity and raised $1400

I contacted Purdue after receiving my admissions decision and they told me that their reason for asking for more information was my downward grade trend. Freshman year I had a 4.0, sophomore year it dropped to 3.8, junior year dropped to a 3.48 because I took AP Chemistry, AP US History, Pre-Calculus, etc. and received Bs in most of them. After the first trimester of my senior year, I received 3 As and 2 Bs. (The Bs were in AP Calculus and Economics) and now my unweighted GPA is 3.507.
P.S. I applied to their Liberal Arts school, my major is English Education

I have two questions:
1. Will I get in now?
2. Does anyone know when Purdue will reevaluate our admission and give us an answer?

They may also be trying to figure out how your SAT score fits in with this picture. The best you can do is give them all the information they need. You are clearly a hardworking person; there’s probably someone in admissions that likes to see higher stats and someone else in admissions that likes your application. When students are deferred, they could find out when the rest of the regular application pool finds out. Some schools will tell you sooner if the new information meets their needs to see that you will be successful once you get to Purdue. Good luck to you.

Thanks so much for your reply! I appreciate it :)
