admissions requirement...

I'm applying under Early Decision to Cornell College of Engineering.
The admissions requirement page says that 1 unit of chemistry is required for all applicants. I've only had 1 semester of chemistry during freshman year and am now taking regular year-long chemistry course as a senior. the adcom will not see my senior chemistry grade, but they will know that by the time I graduate (or even one semester earlier) I will meet the requirements.

I know it is kinda late to ask about this, but do you think my situation will be okay?

(btw, I'm also taking IB Bio and Physics, bot HL, IB Dip and have excellent grades...hope this will satisfy the requirement somehow???)

If Cornell Engineering wants high school applicants to have a year of chemistry, unless it says otherwise, they do not mean that it has to be taken before senior year. It is probably so that you will have the necessary background for the intro engineering courses you will be taking once you are a freshman.

It's perfectly fine to use senior year courses to fulfill college entrance requirements, at Cornell or elsewhere.

Wow, I thought I was cool taking two sciences- Three? How do you fit other classes in?
