admissions supplemental

I received an email asking to write supplemental essays. However, I'm quite confused as to how to answer these prompts.

"In your application you may have mentioned an extraordinary talent/skill or academic achievement. This may include participation in Junior Olympics, national debate competitions, recognition for musical talent, etc. Please take this opportunity to share with us more detailed information about the level of your achievement, depth of participation, and passion for this particular area. "

Does this prompt pertain specifically to the personal statements within my application? Because I do not recall mentioning any talent/skill of some sort at all. Academic achievement is out of the question with my gpa. However I do recall mentioning in the application itself that I took 4 years of tennis (including current year). Do these "talents" refer to "inner" talents(having determined/persevering character as mentioned in my personal statement), or "outer" talents(such as tennis)? I'm really lost as to how to identify this "talent" that I mentioned.

And also are we to answer this prompt directly? Or more so with a stylistic approach such as in personal statements?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, especially from those who received this supplement in previous years and got accepted*.

The questions on the UCLA Supplemental Questionnaire are rather broad because everyone gets the same set of questions. You will need to go back and review your UC application to determine what aspects of your background have prompted the questionnaire to be issued. It’s possible that only one question applies to you. But it’s best to answer both questions thoroughly to cover your bases.
