I am looking into applying to schools in the UK. I am an American and I live in New York. I have gone to the sites of many universities over there and feel a little bit confused. First of all, they all seem to require APs. As a high school junior, I have taken 5 APs so far and I have gotten 5s on four of them. (I got a 3 on Physics so that is irrelevant). I am going to take five more AP exams my senior year, but that is irrelevant since I will have already applied everywhere by then.... some say they require 5s on three or more APs, some say five, and I am not sure about that. The London School of Economics said it expected Calc BC but I'm taking Calc BC my senior year, which at my school is advanced anyhow. Can anyone give me advice on expectations and stat requirements for these schools? That would be much appreciated, thank you so much!

Sometimes they will give you a conditional offer. I know they do so for IB exams. It would be best to email some of the UK reps at the schools you want to go to.

It differs from school to school. Ask each school for more information.

like moonman676 said, they give conditional offers. you predict your AP exam grades that you will get senior year. the schools there will see your predicted grades. they will accept or reject you based on those. if you don’t get your predicted grades they may take away your acceptance. also, check out the UCAS website and facebook page. you apply through UCAS for UK schools.
