Dang which faculty did you apply to?

Are programs in the faculty of food nutrition and health considered “great”? If offered B Arts and Bsc of food nutrition and health, which one should I definitely go for? Which one is better for my career? Is B Arts more competitive to enter than Bsc in food nutrition and health?

I also got accepted to the college of arts- economics, which was my first choice, but I am thinking if I should ask them to give me my second choice sauder, college of commerce. What do you guys think is better?
