Where can I get the statistics for Yale admissions for Asians and URMs? Thank you

you can’t xD

Don’t think you can for specific groups… Really doubt that they would release them

they would never release that - it would be lawsuit material.

I do know that asians make up 20% of the Ivy League

Wow. But is it safe to say that the Ivies (Yale in this case) practice AA less than Stanford (and thus easier for me, a korean, to get in Yale EA rather than Stanford EA)? I came to that conclusion after comparing the two EA admission results for Stanford and Yale EA

You can look at the ethnicity charts on collegeboard.com but that’s about close you’ll get…

and Stanford is 23% asian

berkeley is 48% asian

^ wow… But I suppose as a state school they rely more on scores than other factors, is that right? (Never really looked at state schools - they don’t give the aid I need) And Asians tend to have higher scores?

It would be interesting to know the number of non-whites ( based on skin color) who got into Yale SCEA.

Um, Yale and Stanford EA are both among the most competitive applicant pools out there. Neither is going to be easier for you. Stanford has historically been one of the weirder schools in terms of acceptances (my school has a LOT of experience …), but that does not make Yale any easier. In fact, I think Yale only has around 15% asians as opposed to Stanford which has 23% (as mentioned above).
