hmmm, harvard gave me less money than stanford...kinda surprised

i'd go to stanford full price anyday :)

^I wouldn't. Having to go to an airport just to get ready to go home is seriously FTMFL.

yeah but it's stanford, have you even been there? the weather is unbelievable and the atmosphere is much more relaxed than at cut throat ivy league schools. plus it's probably the most gorgeous campus in the world. i'd chose stanford over harvard in a heartbeat.

Did anyone else get a "Hope you'll join us!" "scribble" at the bottom of their admit letter? I'm curious as to whether they just added that to everyone's or a select few...

Yes, my son's letter also had the "hope you'll join us" scribble. Nice touch!

i was just wondering....i made the very silly mistake of asking harvard to not email me my response...and now i'm dying!!! i am an international student (canada) and purolator came by my house on friday but i wasn't home, so now i have to wait until monday to pick it up...so, i was wondering, do they courier all the letters (rejections and acceptances)????

Yeah I've been there. And I'd still take Cambridge over good weather.
