<p>LOL..UCSB site always shuts down when it's overloaded with inquiries. It also happens every year during Continuing students' sign up for dorms. But you know what, it's more exciting when you see a UCSB large envelope in your mailbox than when you read "admitted" online.</p>

No joke, it's one of the most frustrating things ever. I could swear they're a bunch of idiots there. My guess is that they're only adding hardware upgrades rather than recoding their database.</p>
