Hello, I plan on transferring to UC Davis for the Fall 2017 term as an Environmental Science Major. I was wondering if lets say after Summer of 2016 I have an gpa of 3.12 but when the time comes to update the Fall Grades for UC’s, I get all A’s and it increases to a 3.28 ( Taking 3 classes all worth 5 units).

I was wondering that will the UC’s see that as an improvement and think me as a good candidate, thus making me a higher candidate to getting accepted or will they see it as your not failing the classes I planned on taking?

As long as you update before the priority deadline, they will probably see it and I think as an improvement.

I got into UCI and UCD with a 3.3.

A few people on here last year told me to not even bother applying lol…so thankful I didnt listen

I started off with a 2.5 ish GPA years ago, then got back into school and boosted it up to a 3.35 and got accepted by UCD.
