I got accepted! But heres the catch…I applied for the FALL TERM, but was accepted to the SPRING TERM OF 2006. What does this mean!!! PLEASE HELP!!!
<p>It simply means that you spend the fall term traveling, working or doing something else. There's no room for you right now. It also gives Cal a 2nd chance to see if you are really committed enough to Berkeley to wait until the spring.</p>
<p>Did you declare a major? Maybe Cal ran out of space in your requested field of study.</p>

<p>I GOT IN SPRING TERM TOO!!! im totally going. im so excited. my friends are in the freshman extension program and they said that it is basically the same thing...u live in the doorms, but the only catch is u take special classes ur fall term. but the classes are smaller than regular cal classes and they are still taught by berkeley professors.</p>
<p>what's life like at berkeley anyways? hippies? protestors? <em>sigh</em> it all sounds so effin depressing~</p>

<p>Don't worry about the Spring admission. They are not going to put it on your diploma. In a semester or two no one, including you, will even remember whether you came in fall or spring. If you want to go to Berkeley, GO!</p>
<p>Got in, Fall admission. My friend also got in Spring, I don't know the deal with that. He had slightly better stats than me.</p>
