Any ideas as to whether I would have a chance at being admitted? I realize that this is a selective school and some of my stats are lower than preferred. I am planning on applying. Before I do, though, it would be nice to know if it is worth it to get my hopes up at all. Also, I’m considering applying to Northwestern, U Chicago, and Notre Dame. If anyone has ideas about my chances at these schools, that would be great! Thanks for any advice!

Does your high school use Naviance? Check whether it has a good history of acceptances to Georgetown. That means more for this one than the others.

@Oregon2016 no, my school doesn’t. Thanks for the idea, though!

Simply no information here. You could upload your common app on CC and STILL no one could give you an accurate ‘chance.’ If you like Gtown, work hard on your application (along with plenty of other schools, target and safety and otherwise), and then submit it and forget about it. That’s just how this game is played. 2400s get rejected, 1800s get accepted occasionally. No rhyme or reason, just randomness. Put your best foot forward and spend more time on your applications and essays than on CC
