<p>Last year I was admitted to USC as a freshman but ended up having to stay close to home for a year. I'm hoping to transfer there next year...do you think I have a better chance because I was admitted before or a worse chance because I already turned them down once... let me know what you think....</p>
<p>Unless your credentials have slipped, and if you maybe address it (?) in your transfer app, they'd have no reason not to accept you. I don't know if they try to assess it independently each time, though.</p>
<p>i got accepted for a school for spring 2006, but decided not to go..their admissions told me if i wanted to re-apply for fall 2006..i would have to re-submit an application and a transcript of spring 2006 grades..i guess t depends on the school, but they probably do re-evaluate your record, but unless you do really bad...you'd probably have a solid chance again</p>
