<p>yes. you need to get one of those splitter things. Fighting over volume wasn't bad for us. If you can, use headphones (if you have a tv tuner for your computer, this may be more practical than for a real TV). </p>
<p>Little trick: take a pair of around-the-ear headphones (the really puffy ones) and break them. Really. Just snap the band between the ear pieces, and put the pieces in your pillow case. You can hear your TV, music, dvd just fine, but no one else can. </p>
<p>Binder sizes? Ok guys, college is actually a lot more like high school than you seem to think. Use whatever you usually used in high school. No professor is going to measure your binders.</p>
