<p>Is the Admitted Students day three hour session worth a hotel and 6 hour drive? Sounds like a tour and lunch with a little q & a session thrown in. Can anyone tell me anything about it.</p>

<p>I know that in order to attend an "Explore Carolina" session, my s and h will be taking a plane and staying two nights in a hotel. For us, it is an opportunity for my s to see the school again - we visited during the summer. If you you will definitely be attending UNC, then maybe it is not worth it. If you are considering other options, then I think you should attend to help make your decision.</p>
