i have a few questions about the admitted students open house for those of you who have been or know anything more than what their website says.
1. Is there a cost for attending it or do we as admitted students only need to pay transportation costs?
2. When you want to sit in on a ongoing class, do you just skip whatever session that is going on during that time?
3. Once on campus for the open house, Do they have someone to guide you where you need to go at all times or do you have to find your way there?
4. I'm thinking about doing the overnight option but what exactly do we need to bring? Some other posts said sleeping bag?

@pattychoco I’ll try to answer from what I remember from my D’s visit two years ago… 1. I believe everything was included aside from transportation, except, of course if you bring parents who will need a hotel room or if you choose to eat at one of the many available restaurants around campus- please do try to do this…There are two hotels on/near campus that would not require renting a car: The Glidden House is on campus and really a nice place to stay. The Courtyard Marriott-University Circle is right across from the main part of campus, also a very nice hotel.
2. The sessions are repeated several times so you should be able to sit in on a class and attend whichever sessions you need. I believe there was a list of all classes available for admitted students to attend. 3. There are plenty of people to guide you all weekend. We found Case to be extremely organized and helpful. The weather is the only thing that may not cooperate! 4. We did bring a sleeping bag but you may not have to. You will be assigned a host beforehand so you will be able to communicate with them and find out whether or not they have extra or can borrow these for you. The weekend was really good and certainly worth your time…it totally solidified my D’s decision to attend…she is now a very happy sophomore.
