<p>when i logged into the admitted students page with my name, it said "invalid pin".....my name is uncommon, and i checked the records and only 2 persons have ever gone to Harvard with that surname. did anyone else try this?</p>

<p>well... have you been admitted?? unless you were an EA admit or received a "likely" i doubt you will be able to sign in... why are you even trying??? like seriously, you're only hours away from getting the decision. don't stress yourself out even more by asking what ifs? and creating bizarre scenarios in your mind as to WHY the admitted students page wont work for you. go eat a cookie man. :)</p>

<p>that combined with the financial aid stuff leads me to conclude that I am rejected</p>
<p>this theory holds water because I typed in a really common last name "Smith" with a random pin and got incorrect pin rather than user unknown</p>

<p>ofcourse smith would be a last name of an admitted student, because most likely Mr. Smith was admitted in the EA round....it doesn't necessarily mean that he was accepted RD</p>
